ORDER POLICY
By using placing an order on the Website or via e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag. After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Yoco instant pay and by cash upon delivery.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for Artho Eksteen via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details will be stored by Artho Eksteen separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
RESALE POLICY
You may purchase products on arthoeksteen.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on arthoeksteen.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept our general terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Artho Eksteen aims to describe the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colours. Artho Eksteen cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

VIOLATION OF TERMS
Artho Eksteen reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
SHIPPING POLICY Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of email. Any and all local deliveries will be made using "the courier guy". For international shipping, please contact us directly
REFUND POLICY
For your convenience Artho Eksteen offers customers the option to return certain products within 30 days of purchase. Certain products are non-returnable (including but not limited to discounted/ sale items, custom and made-to-order products).
Should you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us or email info@arthoeksteen.com within 7 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges are accepted on select products purchased from arthoeksteen.com at the full retail value. Returns and exchanges are valid only for products that have not been used, damaged or tampered with, and will not be accepted without the original box, security tags intact and original sales receipt.
Returns will be processed in a timely manner, please allow 2-4 business days after the parcel has been returned and received to initiate a refund. All funds must be returned in the form of the original payment. Refund reflection may depend upon individuals banks but is estimated to take no longer than 5 business days to clear.
Gift receipts may be requested at the time of purchase during holiday seasons; gift receipt exchanges within 21 days from receipt. Products which are defective or damaged upon delivery will be repaired free of charge, or may be returned immediately for exchange of identical product. Refunds for products defective or damaged upon arrival are only available when an equivalent replacement is unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product of equal value. The damaged or defective product must be returned prior to the dispatch of the replacement. Artho Eksteen reserves the right to refuse repairs of products that have been tampered with or have been purchased over 12 months prior. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and any damage or loss that may occur while in transit.
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in ZAR South-African rand. Foreign currency conversions may fluctuate and are dependent upon global exchange rates. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices include sales tax, and where applicable delivery costs which you agree to pay upon ordering should they not be included.
Artho Eksteen is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Customers may choose to insure their order at the checkout through a third party provider. Should a package get lost, damaged or stolen please contact the third party company directly. A replacement package will be dispatched or a refund issued upon third party claim approval.
RIVACY POLICY
Artho Eksteen shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. You have the right to review your information on file at any time. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Artho Eksteen retains the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
